Following a standout basketball career at Coatesville High School,
accepted a scholarship to the University of Connecticut, where in
three seasons (1996-1999) he led the the Huskies to one NIT appearance
and two trips to the NCAA Tournament. Led Connecticut to
the 1999 national championship. Led the Detroit Pistons to the 2004
NBA Championship. Has developed into one the NBA's premier
guards. In his nine-year NBA career he is averaging 17.9 points per
game during the regular season and 20.8 points in the playoffs. A
three-time NBA All-Star selection.
