Rondell White excelled in both basketball and football while a student at West Chester Rustin High School.

A strong scorer in basketball and a record-breaking running back in football, he was chosen first-team Ches-Mont and All-Area in both sports.

At West Chester he broke ten career and ten season football records, and led the nation as junior in D-II All-purpose yards (2012). White became only the second D-II player to have career totals of more than 4000 rushing yards rushing (4,336), 2000 receiving yards (2,221), and 1,000 return yards.

He was named the ECAC Offensive Player of the Year, received the Maxwell Club’s Brian Westbrook Tri-State Player of the Year Award, and earned first-team D-II regional and All-American status (2013).

He coached running backs at WCU, and in 2016 signed with the Nice (France) Dauphins where he averaged 187 yards and scored two touchdowns per gamen.
